These groups are designed for one purpose, to enhance quality of life!
Now, what does that mean? Simply put, we aim to further develop the Master Quality for a long and independent life, strength! At DoStrength, we firmly believe in the StrongFirst principle of "Strength has a greater purpose"!
This quote from Pavel Tsatsouline sums it up nicely:
"If you think you are only strong if you can lift a certain number, whatever that number is, you will feel pretty weak most of the time. Strength is not a data point, it's not a number:
It's an attitude!"
It is an unassailable fact that as we age, we lose muscle mass (strength), joint pliability (mobility), and cardiac function (stamina), often accompanied by a feeling of unsteadiness (balance). These are real issues when it comes to enjoying life and getting the most out of the freedom of retirement.
The good news is, these issues can be resolved with a little bit of discipline and dedication, and DoStrength has been helping our clients do this for over 20 years!
There are special considerations for those 70 years-of-age and better, so we have designed a targeted small-group personal training program for that purpose.
Ongoing clases are Tuesday/Thursday at 1230 for Men, and 1330 for Women, where we will help you to regain lost strength, balance, & stamina, improve achy joints, regain certainty in your movement, and go forward through life, with new power and confidence!
